HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

In the event that you do receive something damaged, please contact us immediately within 24-48 hours, via email at INFO@SHOPLICKS.COM so our customer service team can help you get that resolved as soon as possible! Your satisfaction is important to us so we will do whatever we can to assist. Please do not send any item back that is damaged as we will not accept it without prior notification.
CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow return instructions for store credit.

HOW DOES AFTERPAY WORK?
Afterpay offers installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four installments, due every 2 weeks.
Simply shop for your favorite items and choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time shoppers provide payment details as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days.
At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, we will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card every 2 weeks.

HOW DOES SHOP PAY WORK?
Shop Pay is a wallet that helps you check out faster on participating stores by automatically filling in your saved email, payment, and shipping details.
The following info is saved and securely encrypted for your future purchases:

up to 20 shipping address
credit card details for up to 10 credit cards, including billing addresses
mobile phone number
After you set up Shop Pay, you can manage your credit card and billing info from your Wallet in the Shop app. You can manage your shipping addresses in the Shipping addresses settings of the Shop app.
Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. When available, Shop Pay Installments is a great option to help you maximize your budget for orders between 50 USD and 17,500 USD.
Depending on your purchase amount, there are two ways that you can pay for your order in installments.
For orders between 50 USD to 999.99 USD, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option, and your credit score isn't affected.
For orders between 150 USD to 17,500 USD, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments. While there are no late fees for monthly installment payments, your order is subject to interest fees. Your credit score isn't affected when you apply, but it can change if you don't make your payments on time.
After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.
Shop Pay Installments is powered and serviced by Affirm and is only available in some stores.
