Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner (unless product description states otherwise). Once the order is processed customer will receive shipping confirmation. All domestic packages are shipped via USPS.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Licks will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it you must contact the United Stated Postal Services directly at 800-ASK-USPS/800-275-8777 or visit your local USPS office.
Any lost, stolen, or damaged package must be reported as a claim to USPS.
If your package is returned to Licks due to issues with your shipping address or package was unable to be delivered the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
