REFUNDS ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY!
NO CANCELLATIONS. NO EXCHANGES.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns take 3-7 business days to be processed once received. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, confirmation email will be sent to email associated with the original order.
RETURNS
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a LICKS gift card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to receive store credit. Return items MUST be postmarked no later than 7 days of delivery receipt.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items cannot be worn, altered, damaged, must be free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells including deodorant and perfume. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box, unworn.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to LICKS' error. Damaged items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Accepted returns receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items sent back without notifying us via email will not be accepted.
NO exceptions / non-returnable items
Non returnable merchandise includes swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
